In een kleine groep leren onze coaches je de bewegingen en principes die nodig zijn om het meeste uit ons CrossFit-trainingsprogramma te halen. Deze cursus is bedoeld voor beginners en is aanpasbaar voor alle fitnessniveaus. Naast de basisbewegingen leren we ook onze kijk op leefstijl, slaap en voeding. De cursus bestaat uit 5 bijeenkomsten:
Als je verhinderd bent bij een van deze lessen, kun je deze inhalen in de volgende cursus of in een 1-op-1 sessie. Nadat alle vijf de lessen zijn voltooid, ben je klaar om deel te nemen aan onze CrossFit-groepslessen.
Als je ervaring hebt met CrossFit, kun je de introductiecursus misschien overslaan. Neem contact met ons op en we kijken samen naar de mogelijkheden.

THE NATIONALS FINALS
This weekend marks the Nationals Finals, and we are incredibly proud of everyone who participated in the qualifiers. A special mention goes to our top athletes who have earned their place in the finals. Their dedication and hard work truly represent the spirit of our community.
We warmly invite you to come to Arnhem and support them. It is a great opportunity to experience CrossFit as a competitive sport and to cheer on your fellow members.
