>Bij CrossFit Twente krijg je coaching van trainers die écht verstand hebben van Olympic Weightlifting. Ze helpen je techniek te verbeteren, mobiliteit te vergroten en veilig sterker te worden. Of je nu je eerste strakke snatch wilt neerzetten of toewerkt naar wedstrijden, onze coaches stemmen elke training af op jouw niveau en doelen.
Met topfaciliteiten zoals competition bars, bumpers en platforms haal je het maximale uit elke sessie. Train met een groep enthousiaste lifters die elkaar motiveren en ervaar wekelijks progressie, meer vertrouwen en plezier in het tillen.

Of je net begint of al ervaring hebt: hier leer je techniek, snelheid en kracht te verbeteren, terwijl je in een motiverende community sterker en vaardiger wordt.
STRETCHING & MOBILITY CLASSES 🧘
The stretching & mobility classes are designed to support your training and help you move better. The main goal is to improve your flexibility and mobility. In addition, you will work on breathing and relaxation techniques to support your recovery from workouts.
Our coach Kaisa has years of experience in teaching yoga and also holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification, allowing her to guide you through these sessions with both expertise and a strong understanding of CrossFit training.
Why this is an important addition to your CrossFit training? 🏋🏼♀️
These sessions are essential for helping you train more effectively and stay injury-free. Improved mobility allows you to perform lifts and movements with better technique and efficiency, while increased flexibility reduces the risk of strain and overuse injuries. By incorporating breathing and relaxation work, these classes also help speed up recovery, so you can come back stronger for your next workout. In short, they complement your CrossFit training by enhancing performance, supporting recovery, and promoting long-term progress.
The current program is focused on improving shoulder and thoracic mobility. A new program block will start in May, with a focus on balance and ankle mobility. The programs are available in our app.

THE NATIONALS FINALS
This weekend marks the Nationals Finals, and we are incredibly proud of everyone who participated in the qualifiers. A special mention goes to our top athletes who have earned their place in the finals. Their dedication and hard work truly represent the spirit of our community.
We warmly invite you to come to Arnhem and support them. It is a great opportunity to experience CrossFit as a competitive sport and to cheer on your fellow members.
