Bij CrossFit Twente krijg je professionele coaching in Hyrox-training voor het verbeteren van kracht, uithoudingsvermogen en snelheid. Onze ervaren trainers begeleiden je stap voor stap en zorgen dat elke oefening wordt afgestemd op jouw niveau en doelen.
Je werkt aan techniek, tempo en efficiëntie, zodat je sterker, sneller en fitter wordt dan ooit. Met moderne faciliteiten zoals loopbanden, roeimachines, kettlebells en nog veel meer functionele trainingsmaterialen haal je het maximale uit elke sessie. Of je nu traint voor je eerste Hyrox-event of gewoon je algemene fitheid wilt verbeteren, wij helpen je veilig en effectief vooruit.

STRETCHING & MOBILITY CLASSES 🧘
The stretching & mobility classes are designed to support your training and help you move better. The main goal is to improve your flexibility and mobility. In addition, you will work on breathing and relaxation techniques to support your recovery from workouts.
Our coach Kaisa has years of experience in teaching yoga and also holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification, allowing her to guide you through these sessions with both expertise and a strong understanding of CrossFit training.
Why this is an important addition to your CrossFit training? 🏋🏼♀️
These sessions are essential for helping you train more effectively and stay injury-free. Improved mobility allows you to perform lifts and movements with better technique and efficiency, while increased flexibility reduces the risk of strain and overuse injuries. By incorporating breathing and relaxation work, these classes also help speed up recovery, so you can come back stronger for your next workout. In short, they complement your CrossFit training by enhancing performance, supporting recovery, and promoting long-term progress.
The current program is focused on improving shoulder and thoracic mobility. A new program block will start in May, with a focus on balance and ankle mobility. The programs are available in our app.

THE NATIONALS FINALS
This weekend marks the Nationals Finals, and we are incredibly proud of everyone who participated in the qualifiers. A special mention goes to our top athletes who have earned their place in the finals. Their dedication and hard work truly represent the spirit of our community.
We warmly invite you to come to Arnhem and support them. It is a great opportunity to experience CrossFit as a competitive sport and to cheer on your fellow members.
