We want to help women to train safely and responsibly and at the same time enjoy exercising during and after pregnancy. With personal guidance, we ensure that you feel both physically and mentally strong – in preparation for childbirth and during your recovery afterwards.
The coach will look with you at what is appropriate and safe in your situation. This way, you train completely at your own level and pace, with full attention for your personal goals and needs.
Don’t have a babysitter? No problem – your baby is more than welcome to come along. We do our best to combine effective training with attention for your child

HYROX AT CROSSFIT TWENTE 💥
We’re proud to announce that we are now an official HYROX partner gym! 🏆
Since HYROX was introduced in the Netherlands in 2021, we’ve already had members competing at the highest level. With all the required equipment and experienced coaches in house, we make sure you are fully prepared for race day.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts. It can be seen as a CrossFit style workout with a strong focus on conditioning, endurance, and repeatable functional movements. Accessible, challenging, and competitive for everyone.
To celebrate, we’re hosting a special HYROX event on January 31, and it is already fully booked! 🔥 Amazing to see so much enthusiasm.
