Our gymnastics classes offer a unique blend of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and mobility. During these classes, you will work on specific bodyweight exercises, such as handstands, ring dips, pull-ups, and muscle ups. Besides that we will focus a lot on developing core strength. You will see how these exercises translate into improvements in other CrossFit workouts.

Our coaches are highly skilled in gymnastics and will guide you through each movement step-by-step. Whether you are an experienced gymnast or just starting out, our gymnastics classes offer a challenge for everyone and provide a fun variety in your training.

Gymnastics coaches and facilities

The gymnastics classes are held on Mondays and Fridays. On Mondays, the focus is more on building specific strength, which is a prerequisite for many exercises. On Fridays, the classes focus more on learning various skills.
