Group class focused on pre- and postnatal training

We want to help women to train safely and responsibly while having fun in and around their pregnancy. This so that you feel physically and mentally strong as you prepare for the birth and to help with your recovery afterwards. The coach will assess what is possible and safe for each individual. In this way you will train at your own level and pace, but in a nice group environment with women going through similar experiences.

If you don’t have a babysitter at home, you are welcome to bring your baby to our box. We will do our best to combine a good training along with the needed attention for your baby.
