Personal training is an amazingly effective way to achieve your individual goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your technique and movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies. Personal Training is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
We offer Personal Training in 30 and 60 minute sessions. Depending on your needs we will advise you what works best. To get the most out of a session, make sure to arrive fifteen to twenty minutes before your personal training starts. Use the time to warm up, so you and your coach can fully focus and effectively work on what you want to improve on.
We know every athlete is different and has his or her own strengths or weaknesses. To work up your game, we can create an individual program to get you there. The program focuses on maintaining your strengths and improving your weaknesses. Besides improving your techniques, personal training can also be of help when you are considering to make the jump and become a more competitive athlete.

HYROX AT CROSSFIT TWENTE 💥
We’re proud to announce that we are now an official HYROX partner gym! 🏆
Since HYROX was introduced in the Netherlands in 2021, we’ve already had members competing at the highest level. With all the required equipment and experienced coaches in house, we make sure you are fully prepared for race day.
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workouts. It can be seen as a CrossFit style workout with a strong focus on conditioning, endurance, and repeatable functional movements. Accessible, challenging, and competitive for everyone.
To celebrate, we’re hosting a special HYROX event on January 31, and it is already fully booked! 🔥 Amazing to see so much enthusiasm.
