In our gymnastics classes by @noelle_klg we build skills together. We work on mobility, coordination, stability, strength, balance & more 🔥
We learn to spot each other and build confidence step by step. Teamwork makes the handstand work 🙌

After the CrossFit Twente Cup and our HYROX event we move into this great annual event ❤️🔥
The CrossFit Open is basically a normal WOD, but on a bigger stage.
For 3 weeks, there’s 1 workout per week, programmed for every level (RX, Scaled & Foundations).
You do the workout just like always. The only difference? We judge each other, keep each other honest and cheer each other on! 🙌🏼
Everyone is welcome, from first-timers to experienced athletes. It’s not about winning, it’s about showing up and testing yourself ✨
We’ll be doing the Open workouts together on Saturdays in the gym 💪
